Any strategy?

We are planning to go for H1B visa stamping in Chennai, India in december this year. Can somebody answer this for me?

1) Are the officers refusing or denying the most for the stamping if the company is a consulting company and especially run by Indians?

2) Refusals or denials or administrative processing for applicatants trying for stamping for the first time or for visa renewals also?

HOW DO THEY KNOW IF THE COMPANY IS RUN BY INDIANS? BY NAMES OF SIGNATORIES ON THE DOCUMENTS? THESE INDIANS CAN ALSO BE U.S. CITIZENS. AMERICA HAS PEOPLE FROM EVERY PART OF THE WORLD. IT IS COMPLETELY BASED ON RIGHT DOCUMENTATION AND YOUR ANSWERS TO Qs AT VISA INTERVIEW.

SOMETIMES FOR VISA RENEWALS.

I feel you should strictly follow your employer's guidelines. Some stuff on forums might be confusing. Good Luck!
