H1 Got Divorced

I am on H1 and my Ex wife got H4 from me. Now that we are divorced, what should i do to bring my future wife on H4. Divorce decree was issued by US court

You just send regular documentation and a copy of your divorce certificate to your new H4 wife to apply for a visa. NO Worries as long as you are legally divorced.You may check other articles posted by immihelp admin on this forum to find out more on required documentation.
