Urgent!! Query about H4 DS156 application

dear friends,

My spouse is going to attend H4 visa interview alongwith my H1 interview. Initially I will travel alone and she will join me after 6 months. Since I don't know what address I will be staying after 6 months in US, what should be answer to following question in DS156,

24. At what address will you stay in the US?
> Is it right to say "With My Spouse"

34. Names and relationships of persons travelling with you?
> Since she will join me later, is "None" answer correct?

Please enter the following answer and say to VO (whenever asked) that u both will travel together and stay at the same address. please do not disclose ur actual plan because if u say it might be a wrong impression for VO that you are not careful about ur spouse.

24. At what address will you stay in the US?
Enter the same address in your spouse's 156 form too.

34. Names and relationships of persons travelling with you?
Enter spouse name and "Spouse" as relationship.

Please consider following things too like tentative date should be same in your both form no 156 and u both should sync with ur answers like USA address/tel no, place, employer name etc. i.e. please study both ur form and ur spouse form before interview.
