Appointment date for H1 Visa stamping in December

I have been trying to get an appointment date in December to get my H1 visa stamped from the Mumbai consulate, but every time I check, it gives me an error
'interview dates not available please check after 24 hours'. I called one of there agent and she said they haven't opened the dates yet.
Has anyone tried getting a date in December and managed to get one, please let me know.
