I need some sort of help for my current situation.
I was in Company A for almost 1 year then I transferred my visa to company B. I just joined now company B (its been not even a month, so no pay stubs)but I want to go to India and come.
My old visa is valid till Apr 2008. Do I need to go for stamping now? Some say that it is better to go for stamping and get the visa in the name of the new company because if my earlier company cancels my visa and don't have the new visa, I will face immigration problems.
Also, please let me know if there are any complications in going for a visa interview now.
