I am Diploma holder, i have got 3 year experience, presently i am working in 'X' company in india, my company is ready to give me internal transfer to US group company under H1B. i am working with this company from Jan 2007, whether my employment period with this company qualify the H1B visa rule?

please give me feedback in this regard.
