I am appearing for H1 visa interview with my wife(H4). We got married 1 yr back. My wife has not changed her maiden name on the passport nor does she have my name on her passport. Can we face any problems?

If she plans to keep her maiden name then it is ok, but if she eventually wants to change it then it is better to get it changed prior to applying for visa
