H1 approved Applying L2

Hi,

My husband status for H1 is approved. He did not attend the consulate yet for stamping on H1. I need to process L2 for my husband. will there any issues for L2 as H1 is in approved status in INS.

Please can somebody help me out in this.

no problems, it is eh even posible to get both stamped (though at different interviews) and use either depending on circumstances.
