    Hi,

    I am an Indian citizen, came back to India in July 07 after staying in US on L1. Now I am residing in India from July 07. Now I want to schedule an interview for new H1 visa in month of Dec 07. I am confused as to which option to choose. Can you please help.

    Are you:* (1) A resident of India/Bhutan (2) An Indian citizen resident in the US

    since you have been back for few months go for first option. I am assuming you wrapped up your residence in US before heading back
