Hi,
I had my visa interview in chennai on 14th dec 2006 for H1 visa.The VO told me they have to verify my work experience. She gave me 221(g) blue form with Additional Administrative Processing required section ticked. She took my I 797,I129 and work experience letter. After 10 months, in october 2007, one officer from Embassy went to my previous company for verification. After three weeks, today i have received another 221(g) Blue form from embassy asking for my passport. They have returned all the documents they took. Now I have to send my passport, I797, I 129 ,DS-156, Ds-157 and labor condition Application along wih the letter I have received. I dont have to go for interview, I just need to drop it in VFS.
I am not sure what this means. Can anyone help me out? Did anyone have this experience?
