221(g) ...delayed in Papers ...Please help

Hi ,

I attended H1 visa interview in delhi in September 2007. VO issued me 221(g) and ask for some documents/information related to project.

Till now I didn't get my documents from consultant , I called consultant many times but no satisfactory response.

Please let me know if delayed in documents will impact on my H1b and normally how much time will consultant take to send these documents.?

If your employer fail to respond to your SOS call, you must suspect their genuinity.

If they are one of the "body shopper" they may not have project for you and can not produce documents for you.

If they are providing documents (or response) with in 30 days, look out for another employer.

What are the docs VO requested from your employer?
Basically the time depends on the docs asked by VO.

How can u turn to another employer whn ur petition is still valid!?

Raj they are looking for complete description and details of the project.It's almost 2 months I didn't get any reply/documents from my employer.

Please letme know what to do in this scenerio.

Either if its a inhouse project or the client project it should not take 2 months to get the details/outline the project on paper.

it seems that Ur employer may not have any client at present and he is taking time from you so that he can find a client and give the project details.

Ask you employer to get any inhouse project details, this may help you in submitting the doc and getting visa at the earliest.
