My wife has her H1 approved with start date as Oct 2006. But her job will only start April 2007. In the mean while she was on her H4 visa. As my H1 visa was being expired on Dec 15 2006 it was the same case with her H4. So we applied for both H1 and H4 extension in November and it got approved. Does this make her H1 invalid or can she start working from April and her H1 will become active then. Please let me know.
