Respected sir, I request you to answer my question. I shall be very thankful to u for this.
My interview was held for marriage immigrant visa on 23rd October 2007. at the US Embassy Islamabad Pakistan.
I was told by the embassy that you are eligible for visa. And your all documents are correct. But we cannot give you visa today, because of the ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS. This process will take minimum 6 weeks period and there is no maximum time limit.
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS? AND WHAT IS SEEN BY THE US GOVERNMENT DURING THIS PROCESS.
I am very upset because all the other people were being told that your visa will be issued soon with in a week etc. but why I am not given the visa on that day, although I fulfill all the requirements and I am a government service for 13 years.
