H1 B transfer question
I am currently working with company A with H1B petition expiry date of June 2010.
I am planning to change to company B and they are going to file a petition with a start date of March 1st 2008.
My question is after approval of the new H1B petition filed by company B, can I work for company A in March and April 2008 and join the company B in May 2008?. Is it possible.
