I-129 filling

I need to transfer my H1B visa to another company.
so, in the form I-129 i have trouble in filling out part 2.
What should i select in the option given for 'Basis for Classification'.
I know it would be 'a' if its my first H1B filing, but since this is a transfer, i dont know.

it shld be ' Change of Employer ' as your employer is changing by transfer.

well, in that case, should I fill out item number 4 in part 2 of I-129? is it the same as item number 3?

you are neither changing(from L1/L2 to h1 then u give the old petition num) nor extending the status...it's the transfer..your petition remains/appln receipt # remains the same.

anyways wait for some other answers in this forum.
