Regarding Cnacellation of Existing H1 application (got 221 g)

Hi All,

I attended H1 B interview at Chennai lat year (2006 Dec) and got 221-g Blue. Now, i want to attend for H4 interview along with my husband this year Dec.

If so,
1. Can I go with my husband for stamping as dependent H4
2. Will the existing H1 application cancelled?
3. What are the chances of getting h4?
4. If H4 issued, what about H1 (cancelled or continues the process)?
5. Is there any rule that we need to cancel our previous visa applications to attend the interview for other visas.
