H1B visa

Hai,

I am from India. I am doing my research program in bioinformatics.UK. I am going to finish my course in dec 2007. Am i eligible to file H1B visa. If so,can i apply H1B visa from UK.(which is better way from india or UK). please let me know the required documents for filing the H1B visa and fee.

Can any one update me on this information.

You are eligible to apply for an H1B. First step is, find a job, find an employer who can sponser you. All other things follow with it.
