Hi Orion. I sincerely thank you for the promptness in replying back. I have one last query. Please advise:
I have 3 offers from different bodyshoppers. Can I transfer my H1 to all three and later decide which employer I desire to join (just before I travel to US and after verifying the credentials of all 3).
Also there is one body shopper who tells me that I can travel on my existing employer's visa and they will do the H1 transfer after I reach US. The only document that I would be having from this body shopper is the Offer letter. Will that suffice and also would there be any legal problems at the Port of Entry.
