HI,
My employer had submitted my H1 petition to INS under premium processing. I have the receipt No with me. After 10 days of submission INS required some more proofs, which were submitted. Its been 13 days past (after submission second time), but there is no updation from INS in this regard.
Can i call or mail directly to INS for inquiry on given contacts for premium processing or only my employer is allowed to contact INS in this regard!?
