can multiple H1B transfers applied at the same time.? is there any chances of conflict?
Company A holds my H1 and is running my payroll for the last 2 yrs. Company B has filed for a H1 transfer last week. Parallely Company C wants to file for my transfer.
Will there be any conflict at USCIS if multiple companies file for the same candidate?
