H1B Stamping Matomaros-Dec10th-

Hi All
I am Planning to get my visa stamped for the first time F1-OPT-H1b at Matamoros Mexico on Dec 10. anyone around that time to matamaros?
I am flying form Chicago.
Also had question what should you say if the VO asks why did you come here instead of your home country,India?
Any help is appreciated,

I would say that stamping here takes 1 or 2 days, if in India it will be for min 10 days(vacation) and as my project got started(very recently) am actively working on it. or if any genuine reason you can go for it.
