H1 stamping from Country of origin????

Is there really any rule that is been passed that would make us go back to India for getting an H1 stamping. Can anyone please confirm this...???

Hi,

There is no rule as such..Still it depends on country you attend for..

London = You can attend if your higher education belongs to UK,otherwise redirect to Home country..

Aus/NZ = You can attend if you have proper status..

Dubai = You can attend with proper status

Let me know from which country your attend??
