Need suggestions regarding 221g

Hi Forum,

I have attended for H1B at Chennai one year back and i have issued 221g query which was related to client project description. My employer was unable to produce the client project description in the period of one year. So finally it has been expired. Now my concern is, future if i go for a new H1B is there any problem due to this query. I can appreciate for your comments.

Hi Kumar,

If you dont provide the documents within a year of 221(g) issued,the application get cancel and send back to USCIS..This will not effect new h1b..Next time select proper employer to file your petition..
