Hi seniors
can any one help me out.My wife got her H1 B stamped.She is still in INDIA and she has mentioned in DS-156,DS-157 as she will be leaving in JAN 2007.
I and my son who is 3 years old has applied for H4 in Jan 2007.the details we have given regarding the stay etc same as my wife's.i have doubt about who will pay your travel expenses?is it ok if we give that as 'self', will there be any problem?what precautions we need to take pl guide me.i am already working in a good company here.what are possible questions i may be asked pl help me..
