My wife went back to India in Jul-04 from US, at that time I am working with X company and her H4 VISA is valid until FEB2005. After that in SEP-04 I changed from X to Y company and my H1 premium processing got Query and it is still in Progress. Now my wife wants to come to US wiht her current H4 visa (stamped with X company).
My Question: Does she need to wait until my H1 transfer approval notice? I am worried it could take long time.
