Hi all,
I am currently on OPT and have got H1 beginnning OCtober 1, 2004. From SEptember onwards, I am working part-time (20hrs/week) with a new company. My H1 is part time and my salary is $26000/year for part time work. Also since I began in Sept, I have only one pay stub for the monthly salary. Prior to joining this company, I was working with another company as an intern.
I am planning to visit India in the last week of October and returning in the last week of November. Please let me know if my situation is a cause of concern especially the part time work and salary. I would highly appreciate your help.
