Help Regarding H1 B Interview - What is this blue folder?

I have my H1B interview on 30 Novemeber at Chennai Consulate. I have one question regarding blue folder.

What is this blue folder? Whether it should be arranged by candidate or whether US Consulate people will?

Hello,
You dont need to worry about Blue folder, In consulate they will arrange DS156, DS157, Appointment letter, I129, LCA and I797 in the Blue Folder and you have to take along with you for the interview
