Hi Guys,
I need some adivse from you.
I got married few months back.My wife changed her passport recently with my surname and also added my name in the passport.so now her passport has with my surname.
so now my doubt is all her educational certificates with her surname(before marriage name).If we apply for her H1,is there any problem?since her educational certificates had different surname and passport different surname?Plz advise me

Come on now, be logical. Her maiden name will remain the same, it's only her married name that's changed.

Don't worry about it. You of course have some documents showing the maiden name belongs to this married name.

Almost 95% of women do this and AMCON as well as USCIS personnel know about it.
