Good Morning Experts,
I am planning to call my wife to USA on H4.
I have Paystubs but the problem is in some of my pay stubs the name is wrongly spelled.
I have all bank statements with salary deposit details and since i am new in US i dont have my W2 forms now.
I spoke to my employer and they said that they can issue a letter for that!
Will that work?!
Please advice me!

Yes the letter in original will definitely work. Also, you can show the exact amount deposited in your bank's statements the value of which is displayed on your pay stub.

Hi Abhi,

when did u come to US ? How many pay stubs do u have ? What letter u r taking from your employer ? So many questions...Plese send the reply.. My case is also same like your's...I too came recently..I have been working since 1 month..I have only one pay stub...I am also planning to send my wife for H4 stamping..Please let me know the details...
