time required to get documents of H1B approval notice (Form I797)

My Employer in US is sponsoring my H1B Visa and i am from INDIA . I got my H1B petition approved

on 29th October ( after RFE ). But i have not received "H1B approval notice (Form I797)" from

USA till now (Today is 29th November ) . Could anyone tell me how much time i will have to wait

more OR if it is already too late then what should i do to get "H1B approval notice (Form I797)"

immediately . This is very urgent for me .

Hi,
If your case has been approved, either your petitioner or your petitioner's attorney should have receive the approval notice (I797). As of my knowledge, you can't receive it directly from USCIS. Hence, contact your petitioner. Good Luck to you.

i want to know that after H1 petition approval , how much time USICS takes to dispatch "form I-797" to my Employer .

so, finally when did you get that approval notice. I am also waiting for my approval notice (after RFE).
