h1b stamping urgent help

i have h1b visa stamped from prev. employer valid till 2009. however i recently got my h1b transfer approval from the new employer. I am planning to go back home so do i need to get a new visa stamping to enter US? Since my current visa stamped in my passport has prev. employer name....Please advise!!!

No

You don't need a new visa stamp. You need the original new approval when you enter the US again along with the visa stamp on your passport.
