H4 to EAD to H4
Hi,
My current H1B was expired in sept 2007 and I applied for the extension, which is already approved and i am waiting for the documents to reach me. I also Applied the I-539 for my wife. Also I have applied for the I-485 and we both got the EAD(but didn't have the AP).
I am planning to go to Canada for H1B stamping in Jan 2008 and want to take my wife along with me. The problem is that she has started working on EAD( I know she is no more on H4 status as it goes invalid as soon as you use the EAD) and she needs AP to re-enter.
Is it possible if she resigns from the present job and appears for the interivew for H4 as I have approved I-539, so that she may enter on H4 status.
Also is it possible to use the EAD(issued previoulsy) again after entering on H4 status. Or anyone know about any complications regarding ths type of case.
