I-94 & I-797 Question!!

Hello Immihelp,

I came to US Nov 2006 and changed my employer and got the new I-797 & I-94.

2 months back, i went to india on vacation. At the port of exist i submitted the old I-94 card which i got at the time of port entry.

But I forgot to submit new I-94 which came along with the new I-797.

Please let me know if this is a problem. If this is how can i rectify it.

Since your both I 94 bears the same number, there will be no issue on that.
