Regarding refund of application fee for H1B Multiple applications

Hi ,I want to know if we apply multiple H1B applications and if our application does not get thru the lottery, then can we get our application fee back or not?

depends on the consultant you applied thru and the terms of negotiation between you both.some repay whole/on %age basis.
