F-1 to H-1

Hi all,
am currently on F-1 visa.also,am about to graduate and I have already utilized a previous OPT.What are my options now to stay back in the US?
How can I get a H-1 sponsor for myself?I am not too keen on going back to school,since I believe it is high time to get real world experience.
Any help/suggestion is appreciated.I still have around 3 months to go before my visa expires.What should I do now?

You can NOT sponsor H1 yourself. You need to find some employer who has money and work for you to sponsor you.
