Visa help on H4

Hello,

I'm getting married in April 2008. My would be is currently in the US doing his MBA. Due to complete in Dec 07.

I would like to know if he gets a job on a H1B visa and comes down to India in April. Will he be able to take me back with him immdeidately in April.

Will he be able to apply for my visa just after the wedding. By when should we starting working on the papers.

Could you please help me with this regard.
