Hi All,
I need advice in my friend's situation. He got his masters degree here in usa in 2006. He got his H1 on Company A on oct 2006. He didn't work(and his employer did'nt pay him) till June 2007. He worked under Company A till Nov 2007 after he applied for a new H1 through Company B. Company B did H1 premium processing and he got approved immediately, and was asked to go to Canada for stamping (he got this in nov2007). He did'nt go as yet as he has no dates available. He already started working for Company C through Company Bs visa(starting dec 1st 2007). He didnt receive any pay checks from Company B as he didnt attend visa interview. What are the potential risks for him if he wants to go to canada for visa interview and how to avoid them.
