H1 Transfer

Gurus,

Let me know your thoughts and suggestions on this

1. I got my H1 approved thru company A in 2006, and i came in May 2007 to USA. Company A did not do much to get me a project so i planned to move to company B

2. Thru Company B, I got a project just by fluke, a very irresponsible company and paying me less then what they promised on the paper.

3. I am planning to transfer my h1b to Company C.

Company B mentioned that they have filed for my H1 Transfer in July/Aug'2007, and still the case is pending, they did not provide me with the LIN/WAC no. How can i check with USCIS about this?

Company C wants to initiate the H1B transfer but not sure if they can as I dont have any proof of h1b transfer, or whether it was rejected or approved thru company B

Can company C still file for h1b transfer with compnay A's H1B approval copy, irrespective of the status with compnay B. Will it conflit with company B's application at the USCIS??

Any help will be highly appreicated.

A to C premium processing is your solution. But this will need pay-stubs from A.
