My wife and son are attending H4 visa interview in chennai help needed

Hi Some one please help me,

I got my H1 Visa stamped in NOV 2005 but I came to US on April 2007 and from the day one I have been working and every thing is perfect. I got my H1 extention approved (I797) and now I want my wife and son to attend for H4, Will they face any problem and what are the probable questions asked. Please some one help me.

VO may ask about ur job and ur sal details and where u worked in India as well where ru staying . Make sure that u give proper information to ur wife ...

Few months ago , My wife went to consulate, they have asked these questions and they have asked her to get my H1b Ext copy as well Bank statements , I am sending those to her in few days..

Do not anticipate worries. You are well prepared with all the documents.

I was in a similar situation couple of years back. H4 is a dependent visa and the US policy is that families should be together.

So tell your spouse to be familiar with your address of work, phone number, salary drawn, nature of your work, child's date of birth, wedding day, your parents' name, etc.
