H-1 visa stamp at another country

I am a Filipino citizen married to a Lebanese.
Our family is going on a vacation to Lebanon.
My H-1 is valid from June 2006 - 2009.
Can I have it stamped in Lebanon?
They did give me an appointment.
I would appreciate any guidance.
