Thanks subramanya for ur valuable information. I have one more query like I discontinued my F1 and changed to H1b. In case If the VO asks why I discontinued my F1 and changed to H1b at the time of my wife's H4 visa interview what should she say? can you please suggest me something in this regarding. Thanking you very much.

---- If you changed your Visa status non one is interested as to the why of it. If your wife is applying for a H4 Visa the interview is only related to that status and nothing else. Do not add too much to it
