    I-130 filing Not employed yet

    I am going to file I-130 for my wife along with I-485, G-325A, I-864 etc. She came just a month back to USA on a H1B VISA and not employed anywhere yet.

    Is it mandatory for her to have a job before I file for her I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) or is it not necessary?
