4 months before my company B applied my H1 transfer from company A, The H1 transfer is still pending, in the mean time i sent my wife and kid (on H4) to india on vacation for 3 months, anticipating that the Approval Notice would come by that time. Now her vacation is getting over and her return date is approaching close. We have a valid Visa sept 2008. Question: Can she enter US without the new approval notice? If yes, how and what docs are reqd other than the approval notice for her to enter?
