    Filing H1 and Applying for L1 extension in the same year..?

    i am currently in L1 need to apply for H1 but at the same time i need to appy for L1 extension as i don't want to loose my current L1 status until i get a good job in H1..

    will it be any problem if i apply for L1 extension and File H1 in the same year...

    pls let me know....
