B1/B2 & H4 VISA - Can I work for the same company in the US

Hi,

I have a BI/B2 - Business VISA for 10 years & also have recently got H4 VISA for next 2 years. I am planning to fly to US by Feb 2008 to live with mmy spouse.

Is there a possibility for me to work in the same company in the US. can I ask my employer to give me employment in US.

No, you can not work in US, neither on B1 nor on H4. If you do, it'll be illegal.

is there any way to make an H4 visa work in the US? like other possibility which is legal. like for example file for adjustment status or somebody will petition the person.any suggestion please....

You have to find an employer who can file H1 for you. If your H1 gets selected in the lottery and subsequently gets approved then you can start working from 1st October (not before that).
