    Hi,

    I am working with company A which wants to file H1B for me.As seen with some of my friends the company just files H1 and doenot provide surity that it would send the candidate to US...I wanna work in US after an year...Can i apply through the company A...get the visa ,quit A and go to work in the US.....or do you suggest to go through a consultancy which would file visa for me...I am totally confused ..please help me....

    Yes but ...

    Yes you can do it, but it's not ethical and almost cheating as you know in advance that you're "using" this company just to get in the country and then quit.

    Legally, yes you can do it. Still, do not that you will be actually lying not only to this company but to AMCON officer too.

    Ethically, do you really want such an issue on your conscience?

    Why don't you look for other good companies who would not only get you your visa but also a good job and then maybe your permanent residency too.
