    Hi
    Currently we stay in US.
    Am seding H1 and H4 approved papers for stamping/revalidation to St. Louis
    As a part of it We need to submit DS 156 form for me and for my family memebrs.
    Do I need to provide school informaiton in DS 156 for my Son.
