I heard that one can go with the current employer and do the GC processing with personal Lawyer, instead of company Lawyer. Either of the ways, my situation is like I need to bear the expenses.
1. Can anybody know/faced, employee disagreeing for the personal lawyer?
Is it legal for him to say that?
2. Are there any problems or issues for going this approach.
Please help me in clarifying these doubts.
