Regrading clarification

Hi ,

i need small calrification,when i am filling online d-156 form , in that form one of the column name is "place of birth" . i filled it wrongly, is there is any chance to modify that column.if it is not then what is the best solution.

you can change in the printed form, this online form does not get registerd anywhere, you can make small changes, the data is manually fed reading the forms later on.
