Hi,
I will be going to India soon to get get my passport stamped with H1 visa currently I have an F1.My H1 papers mention chennai consulate(on a detachable stub at the bottom of the H1 approval document) on it.But also I have been reading that urgent visa seekers can go to Delhi or Calcutta consulate.Is it still possible for me to go to the Delhi Embassy to get the stamping in spite of my H1 papers mentioning Chennai consulate.
Any responses greatly appreciated.
